Altor divests remaining shares in Mandatum to institutional investors

Altor Fund VI ("Altor"), through Altor Invest 8 AS, has divested 22.4 million shares in Mandatum plc ("Mandatum"), corresponding to approximately 4.4% of the outstanding shares, to Finnish, Nordic and international institutional investors through an accelerated book-building procedure.

Following completion of the placement, Altor no longer holds any shares in Mandatum. Altor has been a shareholder in Mandatum since October 2023 and is currently represented on the Board of Directors of Mandatum by Herman Korsgaard.
