In the past 20 years, Altor has grown rapidly. By this, we are referring not only to the continued trust from our existing and new investors or the brilliant entrepreneurs joining our community. We are also growing from within. This is especially evident as we review the list of recent promotions. We can proudly say that we have attracted and retained exceptional talent across our offices. Today we recognise one of many milestones on their journey with us, join us as we celebrate their recent achievements and their individual paths within the firm.
Gustav Alenmyr, Principal
Gustav first joined Altor as an Investment Intern in 2013, after years of experience from McKinsey & Company, he re-joined our office in Stockholm as an Associate in 2018. Since the very beginning, Gustav has been an ambitious and true team player in each situation he takes on. Over the years he has contributed to the development of our Financial Services and Tech sector. He has been a valuable team member for many of our partnerships including CTEK, QNTM, Rillion, Eidra, F24, Carnegie and many more.
Klaas van Henten, Director
Klaas first stepped into our office in Stockholm in 2022 as an Associate. He joined us with experience from Lone Star Funds and Morgon Stanley. Klaas is currently active in the Industrial Sector by supporting the growth plans of Trioworld and in the Consumer Sector with Nordic Leasure Travel Group. His entrepreneurial drive and dedication are consistently recognized by the teams and companies he works with.
Oskar Wilhelmsson, Senior Associate
Oskar started his journey with Altor as an Investment Intern and returned to our office in Stockholm as an Associate in 2023, after gaining experience from his years with Boston Consulting Group. Oskar always walks the extra mile in everything he does and is recognised for bringing a collaborative and positive spirit to any project, team or partnership he supports. He is currently contributing to the success of QNTM, Nordic Leasure Travel Group and Orchid, in addition to adding value across Consumer and Tech sector sourcing initiatives.
Pascal Herren, Senior Associate
Pascal joined Altor as an Associate in 2023 with experience from roles in M&A and Private Equity. Having studied his Master of Science at ETH Zurich, Pascal brings a technical understanding to the situations he supports. With a lot of curiosity, Pascal has taken on each sourcing opportunity and portfolio work with great dedication. He is currently active in the Industrial Sector, working closely with the team for FLSmidth and Norican Group.
Filip Lodding, General Counsel
Filip first joined our team as Legal Secondee in 2015. He returned to Altor in 2019 after gaining years of experience from Mannheimer Swartling. Filip has, in his various roles within the legal team and the firm, been a key driver of the development of the legal function at Altor. He has led the function guided by strong values, deep professional skills, and strong personal leadership. His leadership has had great impact transforming the function into a world-class legal team.
