Fast internet with a smart footprint
Technical solutions to address the carbon impact of online advertising
SeenThis has developed technical solutions to help tackle the issue of carbon emissions coming from our data usage.
How we use the internet, advertise online and share data – results in tons of carbon emissions each year. Whenever data is transferred, it travels through the Internet supply chain, and each step contributes to emissions.
SeenThis has developed technologies to address the issue of data waste. Their solutions help companies to reduce data waste. This is done by making sure that data is only transferred for creative assets that are in view, or by securing that assets are only transferred in quality that user conditions allow, and that assets are optimized segment-by-segment for highest quality that can be perceived by the human eye. Their solutions maximize the performance for their clients while minimizing the emissions.
